Changed engine, tranny and final drive fluid. New spark plugs and air filter. Balanced throttle bodies rebalanced front and rear tirea because somehow o f'd them up the first time and installed a set of Suburban Machinery footpeg lowering blocks.....and then went for a 300 mile test ride.

Installed a rear shock off of a Busa in place of the stock POS.

An inch higher in the rear and no more Wallowing (Something i was not as aware of as maybe i should have been but after the change the lack of wallowing was very apparent !)

Oh I forgot i Installed a set of LED turn signals. I really just wanted a new bulb but  the POS after market signals i put on after breaking the stock one had weird not available bulbs for some reason. Turns out that the LEDS are much much brighter from the front , so I'm changing the stock rears as well

New tires with Dyna Beads, front pads and I cleaned some of the rear wheel by accident.

Sent from the Moto X. A wicked awesome phone.

Feels like I've been here before, fuzzy then but still so obscure........

Let us know how the Dyna beads work for you.  Reviews I have read run about 50/50 love/hate.

Ran a tank through yesterday. Totally varied routes including 85mph+ highway.

Couldn't tell whether they were there or not so I guess that's good, right?

On another note 11 miles from home on the new tires.......

The bead leaked.

Luckily I was going past work.

Went in got his number from his girlfriend (we all work at the same place) he was there within 30 minutes. Went and got it inspected and went to Worcester via New Hamster.

Took out a little oil.  I seem to have overfilled it a bit and was getting some notchy shifting.  Now it's buttery smooth again.

The first bike i couldn't flat foot. That thing is tall. I had a little trouble throwing my leg over the seat with my bad knee.

Liked the power delivery over the standard adventure. The suspension was on street mode and was a little soft but felt O.K.

Three years ago i rode the 990 adventure and i liked it better.
