Not this time.  ;)

Fun fun fun final laps.

Wow, what a battle of attrition!
That was some edge of your seat laps!
You never see a motorcycle parked outside a psychiatrists' office.

0.6 sec separates 1st and 10th place, I still say we`ll see usual suspects on top in the second part of the race.

So you're calling Pedrosa, Lorenzo & Marquez on the podium?

And the usual 4th for Rossi ;)

Not this time.  ;)

Basically I was - of course - right. My knowledge of MotoGp is unmatched in solar system.  ;)

Except your omniscient knowledge didn't include George scoring no points and Ducati being 5th & 6th.

Well, I was 75% right, I cannot predict crashes unless it is Randy DePuniet or Curtiss Roberts.

Ducatis scored 5th and 6th only because whole  bunch of people wiped out.

While I may have some quibbles with DORNA's new (changed-by-the-day) rules

DAMN THAT WAS SOME GOOD RACIN'! I was screaming at my laptop and scaring the grandbabes.

Can't believe I'm going to be seeing them all in person at COTA in 18 days, courtesty of my Texas friends. Any N/Oers gonna be there?

I still like MotoGP.

The new rules certainly brought the field closer together.  I assume this was their goal, so at this point it has to be declared at least a temporary success.

I have begun the negotiation.  Currently doing everything I can to get back to COTA.

If I had the vacation time to do it again, I would in a heartbeat.  What a wonderful place to visit and an excellent facility to watch MotoGP.

I could only get in one race this year and it's Indy because I've never got to experience the Indy Mile nor the bikes on Meridian St.  And, since I'm riding up there this year, it'll make it even that much more special to me.

I didn't plan on COTA because I didn't know that I was going to receive an additional week of vacation this year.  I thought it was coming next year.  Oh well.

Hopefully I'll be back to Austin in 2015.  Like Doug said, what a fantastic track and city.

I finally had the time to watch the Qatar GP race.  Wow! It was fantastic!  Looking to watch moto2 and moto3 later today.   All the reviews of the race finally pushed me into buying the videopass.  Now, no excuses for missing the race.

And yet Vale didn't finish any better this year than he did last. But then again, neither did Marky Marq.

Jorge checked out for the win last year and Rossi was a distant second - just read that today and it jogged my memory.

Not sure where Marquez finished in Qatar last year but I do know he won his first premier class race in Austin.  Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. satxbonneville, I was fortunate enough to be sitting in the corner where he set up Dani and passed him for the lead.  It was a thing of beauty and Ill never forget it.
