"Smelly" as in "exuding the essence of the open road, the lure of distant vistas, dreams realized and/or moldy bug guts." Then yes.
You never see a motorcycle parked outside a psychiatrists' office.

if that's the case, I gotta start REALLY making em jealous and bring the off-road gear to work!
We had two bags of grass, 75 pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

I rode - exploring other options from the sport-touring side.

I actually rode this thing for about 5 miles after swapping the wheels on it for custom Drag Specialties thick spokes.

Daytona prepped for consignment.  It's going up for $1995.  Within the last 3k miles, I've rebuilt the suspension, new PR3s, new DID chain, tuned up, air filter and a general check up.  All touring and LD gear has been removed.

All the travel stickers are gone too.   :'(

I rode this morning in 72 degrees.  What a great way to start a Friday.

I got new tires that are supposed to be great in the rain, so....sunny days for a while. They also need to be scrubbed in, so....lots of traffic. Sometimes I can't win.
