It would appear my cell has walked off with the assistance of a mysterious Gremlin. It cannot be found anywhere and the Find My Android process said it hasn't been used since 7/25 (my last use) and it can't be located. I turned it off that night. It's a Samsung and I paid for the insurance when I bought it. That said, will Verizon work with me on this issue or am I going to have to go through Asurion which is the company that handles this policy? Anyone ever deal with this?
