Cool old Suzuki ts 400. Runs and drive great. If you like old two strokes you would pee a little if you heard this old girl run. If you don't call you don't buy. Thanks for looking

I hate that whole "calls only" thing. It could be a brand new FJR for a dollar; if you're not going to deal with email, then I guess I'm not going to buy it. *shrug*

Say what you want about the seller and his/her approach but it is a reasonable deal.

Absolutely. I learned to ride on a '71 TS 185.

What's really sad for me is there is a 185 about 120 miles from me. It's sitting out and rotting. I've made an offer but he won't sell. It was his father's bike.

That's a shame. A father's once-fine rusted hunk of junk is still a rusted hunk of junk, regardless of current ownership. :(

From one account I asked him if we was really serious, from another account I asked him what was done to the engine.  No response yet- at 10K I'm betting he got slammed...

He wants to know why I'm wondering about the engine.  I told him for 9K, I'd assume he did some aftermarket work- ported/polished, performance carbs, or at least a new electronic ignition.  No response.  I'm pretty sure he's realizing how much meth he did the night he posted that ad...
