Once the sun rose over the mountain everything was ok.  There was even a hot air balloon flying through the pass into the valley.

Tammy & I are doing a leaf-peeping run this weekend.   Tonight we're staying at the Koolwink Motel in Romney; a nifty spin in the wayback machine.  Tomorrow we'll Fugawi down to Staunton.

Had a sweet ride in to work early this morning in a warm fog.

It rained a lot during the day so I had to hear all the "you're gonna get wet, its raining on your bike" crap.

Fukkem.
Nice sunny ride home.

I overheard the emus telling the llamas.,....

Yup!  I <3 my Wee.  There's just somthin' about that engine when it's crankin' 7500-9000 rpm that's infatuating  :inlove:

Found some smooth pavement - couple of roads I've never been on before - with some of may favorite PA twisties. 

This was my turn-around spot - we have  dinner plans - I'm not one to miss a meal; especially a good meal.

Sure did.  I had to kill about 250 miles worth of fuel so I can pull the tank tomorrow.  So I went hunting lighthouses at Nags Head.
