Fortress clothing was on Shark Tank the other day.
Their business acumen is for shite, but their product is alluring.
Their website says you can wear it from -30F to 50F comfortably, because they have designed in breathability!
"Perspiration is the largest contributor to COLD in the outdoors, but we’ve solved this problem! Stay active and your body heat will drive the moisture away from your body."
I'm thinking of getting their
basepro pant and crew instead of elec jacket and pants liners.
The basepro is cheaper and doesn't require controller or wires.
Riding is generally a pretty sedentary activity, though; you're not generating additional, or working much to pump more heat around internally.
And the wind takes care of what is generated.
IMO you can insulate all you want, but you only generate so much heat. Electrics actually add heat, huge difference.

Yep, you will loose more heat sitting still than you develop due to wind chill
