As mentioned, I'm sure Held will connect with another distributor and keep NA operations going.
I've been meaning to do a review of the Held Air N Dry Gloves I acquired in early 2013. They are a multi-season glove which I can attest works very well in warm summer weather as well as low 30s thanks to an optional (use) inner liner.
The inner liner is GorTEX so the glove is 100% waterproof (also tested).
http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/held-air-n-dry-glovesIf you slid your hand in the glove and not use the inner liner, your hand is exposed to perforated kangaroo leather for venting. If you slid your hand in the inner liner, its wind and waterproof and, with my heated grips, I rode several mornings out west this year with temps in the low 30s very comfortably.
