Bought a new crash hat and jacket
« on: September 03, 2016, 01:38:32 PM »
I managed to destroy my nearly new Shoei Neotec in my crash in June. So I bought another. New model, more pricey, but needs must. And the last one saved my head.

My Rukka jacket was approaching its 20th anniversary. Still waterproof but obviously worn. My darling wife just bought me a new jacket.

Rukka, obviously (best make on the planet) but a top of the range Armaxxion. 3DO armour. Storm neck protector. Extremely comfy, reassuringly heavy and will fit my 12 year old Rukka trousers.

This stuff is fantastic and better than Klim. I feel lucky. And quite happy.

:bigok:  Never tried Rukka stuff. Then again,  I don't live in the UK. Seems designed perfectly for your weather.

So you've moved past the Belstaff. Good on you.
