Looks good, I'll give you $400 if you can deliver to CA   ;D

Very nice find, congrats.
Make sure the charging system is good (all connections clean & tight) the stator is a bitch to change on that one.

That seat sucks is mind bendingly ugly, but absurdly comfortable for days at a time.

That's all I got.  :twofinger:

Sweet ride, Clay. Mine was an '81. Only 13 years old at the time. I can't wait to see what it becomes.
If it weren't for the therapeutic properties of the occasional off-camber decreasing radius downhill right-hander I'd almost certainly go completely sane.

So jealous I think I peed a little. Glad it went to one of our own, so we can watch the progress.

Circa 1992, I rode it for nearly 10 years.

I'd rock that thing for sure.  Hell, if I stumbled across that deal, it'd be in the garage too.  Nice score, Clay.

You've got roughly 4x in parts from your purchase price just sitting there, should you have difficulty getting it running or getting it titled. It's 2 hours tops from as-it-sits, to down-to-frame parts stripping. Super easy to work on.

That'd be a $250/max piece in in Delaware. Titles are a major issue here, so I never even consider going over $200-250 on a no-title bike if I can part it out. If I can't, it's a run-not-walk-away situation immediate.

Way too much risk of it being stolen around here, if it's a no-title thing, so I most often won't even bother any more. We get a LOT of no-title stolen bikes from Baltimore in the area, and I sure as hell ain't getting mixed up in that mess. F'ing Baltimore...

Guy down the street also rides (v-twin). Had a guest there the other day. A yellow GL1000 nekid bike that was looking very nice.

Goldwing 1100, 1980.
>>>SNIP<<<
Looks like it had the Vetter fairing on it, but someone took it off.  There is a key and ignition switch.

The Flat Rock, Mich antique shop had a Vetter fairing in one of the vendors' booths when I was there about 2 wks ago, can't remember the price though, but I could stop & take another looky see if'n your interested....

Good score on the bike BTW!!! :bigok:
