You are correct.

I've been wearing an RS-1 for a couple of years now after my Profile got to be over 6 years old and on cutting my hair fit less well than I liked, and really like the new Bell helmets. I will say that the $120 or whatever I spent on the Transitions shield was a TOTALLY worthwhile investment for me. (Though the Bell visor swap system is less finicky than the Arai, and I'd be much less worried about ham-fisting it roadside and snapping off another bloody pod :) )

^^This, totally. I love my RS-1, but I agree, the transitions shield is freaking awesome. I was thinking of getting a helmet with an internal sun shield, so I don't have to keep swapping out the shield. But the transitions shield is so much easier. Love it.
