This is what I have in the works so far (aside from a stellar location and facilities), and I'm just getting started:
- Presentations on domestic and world travel, training opportunities, unusual safety topics, and a bit of comedy
- Clinics on kitting, and self recovery on and off road
- On-street and off road training courses by MotoMark1 and RawHyde
- Demo rides on BMW, Ducati, and ZERO motorcycles
- Kick ass 'door' prizes (free raffle style) from Klim, Olympia, MotoMark1, RawHyde, BMW Performance Center, Motorcycles Of Charlotte, BMW, Ducati, Triumph, etc.
- Discounted rates on lodging/camping
I will update this first post as things gel and we get specifics and the registration process pinned down. You will have to register to be eligible for prizes, presentations/clinics, and courses (courses will have additional cost). There will be no cost for registration.
I attended the Horizons Unlimited Rally at The Iron Horse back in October, it's a great facility with top shelf customer service, great food, and just about any flavor of camping/lodging you might desire. Stay tuned, I promise this one will be worth making!
