1)  Winner shall receive a set of tires of their choice, up to $200.
2)  Any amount significantly over $200 will have to be paid for by the winner.
3)  ST.N will pay for the slowest assed ground shipping possible.
4)  The tires will be dropped shipped to your door.
5)  100 tickets will be available at $5 each.
6)  The raffle will run until all 100 tickets are sold.
7)  All proceeds (other than the cost of the tires and shipping) goes into the ST.N coffers.
