So, I think I just learned how to swear in seven different languages just by watching that vid. 

What I can say is swearing, in ANY language, definitely appears universally understood!

The other thing:  did you notice just how calm everyone was after the incident?  I mean, Pedestrian comes within inches of death…and they just calmly keep on walking.
