I have lots of "interesting stuff" that rattles around here at the Beard household. Some of it's motorcycle related. Some maybe not so much.

How about I pack some of it up, and send it to you. Yes.... YOU.

My plans:

Put some of this stuff in the small USPS flat-rate Priority Mail Box, and mail it off.
You receive it and open it.
Take something out that you want to keep, and add something interesting of your own.
If you choose, photo what you take out of the box, just for fun.
We should keep the contents to the point that it fits in the small box.
Mail it to the next person on the list.

I will pay for the shipping to the first person, and expect the person receiving it pays for shipping to the next. No Paypals or reimbursements. If you want the box, you need to pay it's transport to the next punter.

Some suggested rules for this:

1. Please, don't document what you place inside, and don't photo-inventory the box. Let's keep it a mystery.
2. The contents inside are not necessarily "Safe for work", but also don't need to be crude/rude. We are all adults, even though we don't behave like it. So let's have some fun with this!
3. If you are the recipient, please try to turn the box around as soon as practical.
4. Communicate personal information (names/addresses) via Private Message, not open forum posts.
5. We'll try to keep a list of "Who's next!?!?" here in this thread.
6. If you want to be added to the bottom of the list, you'll need to ask- it's not automatic.

It's will surely be destroyed when you open it.

The boxes are free on the USPS website. Your mail person will also deliver them free of charge to your doorstep. I have cases of them on hand just to have boxes/spare cardboard around.

I'll use packing tape instead of the on-box sticky that threatens to destroy it.

That way, the recipient can just slice the tape and it's open. Let's see if we can re-re-re-use it.

Medium flat rate box would probably be best. Cost is $12.35 anywhere in the US. Type 1 does not have it's own adhesive. They are pretty sturdy boxes.

No no, it was a small red egg looking thing with a slot in the top. You put a note in it, put the name of the recipient on the egg and give it to a friend. Each person put a note in addressed to the recipient and passed it along to another friend. Eventually the recipient would get it and open it to read the notes.

The idea I think was to be a guy to girl thing and the notes were for or against. I remember the commercial mainly.
