I did a lot of research and decided after reading many reviews to just go big.  Looking forward to the many uses that this thing will be good for...

20 acres of wooded land and a steep driveway that's 2/10ths of a mile long will require that many leaves are moved.  Will also be good for clearing trails for the XTs to play on.  Will also be good for fluffy snow removal as well.  Reviews are what sold it.

ha - my first though after reading the heading was "I hate them". Enjoy yours! It sounds like you'll benefit from having one.

We had two bags of grass, 75 pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

If it functions in that capacity, I won't be heartbroken.  :) 

There are no leaves here in this rental so I don't much care about it here.  But up at the property, where neighbors aren't really an issue, it will have grand value.  This will be one of the quieter things I do up there.  Between the guns and the chainsaws, this will be a welcome addition to the noisemakers.

A bunch of guys (including me) were hanging out drinking beers a neighbor's garage one Friday evening and we built one of these.  It was a hoot!  The kids loved it.  The other neighbors didn't appreciate us testing it for the first time at 11 PM.   ???

Got up to the property today to make some leaves go away before another snow.  Met expectations in every way.  Good purchase.  Highly recommend. 

Funny...  After an hour and a half of fighting 200+ mph winds (sort of) with the right side of my body, when I got done and turned it off as I was walking back to the car, my shoulders involuntarily pitched left.  I lollered.  Might be sore tomorrow.
