Sepang tests complete, time for the speculation to begin. Can anyone catch MM? has Rossi found what was missing last year? is the Duc working for Dovi? will Hayden be faster than Crutchlow? what about Pedrosa?

Although I would love to see the Ducati be competitive this season, I don't think it can. Cal was great last season. I really hope he can get the Duc there

Yeah, unlikely that they'll be at the sharp end, but Cal vs. Dovi should be a fun show all season.

61 days until MotoGP at COTA. Then the long wait until August for Indy.

Not to hijack the thread but if you have Velocity, BSB from Brands Hatch is on today. 15 days to WSBK opener at Philip Island.

From the times during the testing, it looks like things will remain about the same, though one non prototype, ridden by Aleix Espargaro, was right in the thick of things. Ducati is still sucking.

I'm excited about the 2014 season for, well, all the reasons mentioned in the first post.

MM is really breathing new life into the series, IMHO.

interesting results in this weeks testing. Yamaha is doing poorly, so poorly that Lorenzo wouldn't talk to the press? tire issues appear to be the problem, although they appear to be working well on the Honda's ?

Well, it's official, Ducati is now in the open class. A good move, I think. Maybe Yamaha should have done that, considering the rear tires issues.

It really is no surprise. Kawasaki and Suzuki left a long time ago. The way MotoGP factory rules are set up only benefits the manufacturers that are willing to spend many millions of dollars (Honda). Yamaha will be next. Probably next year.

BMW, Triumph & Aprilia have all said No Thanks. Ezpeleta understands the economics. Which is why he's been tweeking the rules the last few years.

MotoGP. Hondas racing Hondas. Sounds like Moto2 to me.

Two weeks to the race and the collar bone parade has already begun. Pol Espargaro had a titanium plate screwed into his today after crashing Sunday. And they say he'll make the race.

So, as far as I can tell, FoxSports1 or whatever it's called isn't showing the Moto2 and Moto3 races.

Does anyone know differently?
