Exterior doors are normally installed from the outside. While reversing the door may not make any differenceto YOU, it might make a difference to a framer. And as stated, may only require reversing the trim.
Ever considered free-range chickens? I have made a couple of swing out doors for sheds and cellar entrances that were custom sizes, which is pretty common around here on older structures. Easy enough to do if it doesn't have to be a weather-tight insulated fit. But with the cost of materials today, I'll bet you can get prefab from a big box store faster, cheaper, fit and primed. Google is your friend.
