Ok , so next year I am going to tour Vermont, New Hampshire and possibly Maine, I have some must see and must ride roads but..... give me the skinny on what I should see and do and ride. I will time plan as I get info, and for me time isn't a problem anymore.One thing I will do as I travel there is visit New York's Watkins Glenn State park and see the waterfalls. I intend to take my good camera and shoot a ton of photos. thoughts, suggestions for the trip much appreciated.

Instead of Watkins Glen State Park( unless you're going there anyway) I'd suggest stopping and exploring in the Ithaca area, especially Buttermilk Falls.

If/When you decide on Maine, let me know. My friend and his wife maintain a partial residence there, and can offer all sorts of stuff I'm sure. They're super avid riders, and don't do the Harley leaf-peeping stuff. They'll know some out of the way tasty bits, for sure.

Watkins Glen is worth it. As is Letchworth NY farther west.

As for Vermont/New Hampshire, both the Green and White mountains, the Kancamangus Hwy in NH, the 6 gaps ride in VT. Lake Willoughby in VT is worth the swing buy, its reminiscent of the Kooteneys in BC.

The Commodore Inn in Stowe, while aging (the last time I was there about 3 years ago), has a great chef and restaurant.

A lot will depend on how badly this winter beats up the roads. Frost heaves are evil fun-suckers. You'll want some local road info in the spring. Lots of good fun to be had in VT/NH. I've never been to Maine on the bike but hope to do that on an extended trip to the Maritimes. I could send you GPX files of my last trip up that way that ended in Hancock for ESTx 2016.

There are lots of great roads in the area

My favourites are VT 100, VT 108, VT 118, VT 242, VT 105 from Jay to Richford, VT 14, VT 17 although it's in bad shape, and VT 102 along the Connecticut River.
In NH, 118, 112 (avoid on weekends and holidays) Bear Notch Rd, Hurricane Mt Rd, NH 113, NH 16, NH 135.
In Maine, ME 27, ME 182, Acadia Pk Loop Rd, Cadillac Mt Rd, RT 186 Schoodic loop, ME 126, ME 26, ME 16 From Errol NH to Eustis also in bad shape, RT 113 from east of Gorham on US 2.

Since our meets are much smaller these days, consider the Riverside Inn just outside of Stowe, VT. That was the location of the first ESTN I ever attended (2005). We booked the entire inn which also has a small motel-like building behind the large house. The owners ride. Several good restaurants in walking distance.

AND!!! for the craft beer geeks in the room, the famous Alchemist brewery is literally across the street. People stay at the Riverside just for the easy access to the Alchemist. Seriously. Beer vacation.

Plus there is easy access to all kinds of nice riding in northern VT and NH from there.

I was there and yes it was a great meet at a great location.

I've never been there but it sounds good.
I have however been right next door to Piecasso. It's a good pizza place, if you like thin European style thin crust pizza. We often make it a day ride stop for lunch and they also serve Vermont and NE craft beers.
There's also The Blue Donkey, not too far down the road. Great burgers!
For breakfast, go to McCarthy's.

Idletyme was nice enough.

There is also the Von Trapp (yes, that family) brewery nearby in a big huge beer hall with a German menu (think Penn Brewing).
