Re-upped the WeightWatchers membership this past Saturday. Since I am a Lifetime member and was within 2 lbs of goal when I got pregnant, I get a 3 month grace period to lose the weight I gained and get back down to 150. I highly doubt I will lose 38 lbs in the next 3 months, but whatevs. I'll get there eventually. Right now, I can't wait to get the all clear to exercise from the doc. I miss my bike, even if it's just on the trainer.

Thanks for the kind words. Doctor's orders and I do want to keep my lifestyle. It was a lot last week. Too much running around.

Since I am selling everything I sold my treadmill. Walking outside takes me longer, or I enjoy it more.

It was a tough week. Spend 3 days interviewing out of state, still walked every day, but ate out. Then a couple of days moving and with parents, did not walk. All-in-all I'll take it.

Topped out in the upper 230s around 2006-2008. Started running regularly and improving my diet and dropped to ~210 in 2009. Then we had kids. Hovered in the 210s for the past few years. Shooting for sub-200 by June 13. That will be the first time I've weighed under two bills in about 15 years. Ultimate goal of 185.

I was actual homeish last weekend and had a chance to weigh-in on my own scale.

Started 316.0 lbs.,
April 21st 273.0 lbs.,
April 28th 270.0 lbs.
June 29th 250.6 lbs.

So while I left for a ride-a-bout May 1st I have been keeping to my schedule to weigh 240 lbs by August. And I have not been weighing my self to boot.

Started lifting some toning type weights and moving huge bikes on a daily basis. This added a quick 10 pounds of solidity and strength. Maintaining at 163-165 since January. I can live with that. Congrats to all for doing the best they can.
