I'm not too sure how this happened

But today is my 25th wedding anniversary.  We got married in my mom's back yard in a ceremony and reception that probably cost less than $500, rings included ( we were poor college students at the time).

Sure, we've had arguments, but not very many. It's been a very, very good 25(!) years of marriage. Here's looking forward to the next 25.

Congratulations. That is excellent news, and gives the poor schlubs like me whose marriages didn't last (quite) that long hope that the world is wonderful after all.  :bigok:

Congrats you guys. That's a long time nowadays I guess.

I thought from a young age that I was unmarriageable. Two failures proved that :)

Congrats.  A happy and long marriage is not a common nor easy achievement. Good for you in finding that special person.
