Nope.  I pick up the C9 stuff from target for a tenth of the price and put the difference in the fuel/tire fund.

Yep, I have. Not sure what you mean by version. I have a long sleeve shirt that is specifically made for cold weather. There are other brands the perform the same but cost less. I buy the Target brand often.

Cold Gear for when it's cold.

 It's nice stuff but if you are using it to keep you warm on the bike you will be boiling inside any building. I have a naked and I use it under my City pants.

This..its pretty good stuff.

Prefer my REI polar fleece mid weight stuff..they do wind blocker fabric and it is MUCH warmer because of and also much cheaper..

 I have a set of Patagonia poly underwear (same as UA, but cheaper). It works OK, but I prefer silk. Wool works well too, but not as comfy.
