It's actually supposed to be a greenhouse per the literature (see the blog link) but yea, there's a bench in there just for doing potting and the only thing in the shed is gardening stuff (well, the outdoor furniture is in there right now due to winter).

I put three hose caddies on the back wall and have all the hoses hung back there.

Actually treated wood base (you can see it in the blog posting). I contacted several local concrete companies because I wanted it done right but none even returned my calls/emails. After checking around a bit with neighbors and on line, I simply flattened out the ground, put some weed blocker down, put down the treated lumber, then filled in the gaps with pea gravel. It's not rocking or anything so we'll see what the future brings.
