Yeah, we got back yesterday from Montrose after quite a long day of rain riding.  My GSA will need some maintenance before I take it out again - oil/filter, valves, throttle sync.  Gonna order some tires too; but I need to mount our No Mar changer in the garage and to do that I need our rotary hammer which is back in MD.

I have a Milwaukee combo drill/hammer drill 110v unit you'd be welcome to borrow. It's a higher frequency, smaller impact consumer unit vs. the low frequency, higher impact commercial units. Several bits too - depending upon hole size (though likely). PM if you wish to grab it.

Man - compared to the purchase of our house out here, the sale of our home back in MD seems to be rushing headlong.  Offer made, counter accepted, inspection & appraisal all done in eight days.   :P

Tammy flew back to help pack up what little's left.  I'm hoping to go back for only just long enough to sign the paperwork and drag a drugged cat through airport screening.  Lucky me.

Settlement date Friday, 8/21.   :wings:

Don't really need to be present at settlement to sign docs, so I'll fly to MD a couple days prior just to go over the house then fly back (with drugged cat :P) the day before.

Flew back to MD this morning to sign settlement docs tomorrow and to retrieve that accursed feline.  Feels strange to be back; the house feels smaller.  Big sushi dinner planned tomorrow night.
