Some homemade hooch using white peaches from our trees in the front yard. Steep with a few slices of fresh peach to add a bit more flavor. Running around 70 proof.  Mix with tonic over ice.  8)

Me, Jim, and some sour.  The day started well but then kind of went to shit.  I don't have many days when I wind up in a foul mood, but this is one of them.   :mad:
Of course by this point I've had a few brews too.  It will all be shiny in the morning.

Nah, it was like fifteen different kinds of grain. Two kinds of base malts, wheat, caramel 60, way too much chocolate, victory, etc.  Next time I've got leftovers I'm planning on doing the same, because why not.

I'm not brewing to make anything consistent. I just like being surprised.

Yeah, it was a thing. Moved to a new gig closer to home.

The blueberry ale turned out pretty good- nice, tart, crisp, not too sweet. This one needed a little more carbonation so I'm probably going to let the rest of the batch sit in secondary for another week.

Just got back from the Fourstring Micro Brewery. Had a glass of the Blueberry Ale while putting brake pads on a Yamaha scooter. It was very good. Not real fruity but just sweet enough.

Also brought home a present. Two bottles of pumpkin beer.
