Here we go again. 30 minutes to go 12 miles home. Roads are snow covered and drifting.

Roads are snow covered and drifting.1 hour 20 minutes to drive 11 miles (into Grand Rapids) yesterday morning. And that was with lighter traffic since a lot of schools had closed.... Always remember a full cup of coffee before heading out the door--makes the lengthy commute more enjoyable, if that's possible.
And empty the bladder too.
Out he back door at work.visitors can't see pics , please register or login
It didn't snow today.
I think it is time to warn the ice fisherman to get off the ice here.
Was that what I really saw while walking the dogs this morning??? Will blinky appear on dashes today? It wasn't rain, but......FAAAAACK!
There are places that you can go if you don't want to be around snow.Michigan is not one of those places.Good luck.
We had our first hard frost a few mornings back.No "blinky" to watch for here. The Japanese must think you have enough brain cells to know when it may be icy.

Am I missing something?
And so it begins. Snow squalls all morning.

Yeah- while out hunting yesterday morning we picked up an inch or more- most of it melted as it came down, especially early. Probably would have been 4 or so. Most of it is gone now, but I still have a white roof and portions of the yard.I love it.

I know! Right? It's been in the 60s with lows in the high 30s for several days now. BRRRRRRRrrrrrrBut it did make fermenting my German pilsner easier to temp control.
