Black Friday 400 Ride

Folks it's that time of the year again!  Some know it as the start of the Holiday Season…Others call it The Big Rip…and some, the few and special of us call it…

The Black Friday 400.

Yes, it's that one day of the year we eschew the malls and Starbucks and head out for a rebellion ride!  The ride to end all rides!  The ride that says "WE ARE NOT LEMMINGS TO THE PIED PIPER OF MARKETING!!!"

The Few.  The Proud.  The Black Friday Club. 

I propose a Black Friday Ride - Likely either Palms to Pines or the Tehachapi 400. 

More to follow - I'm doing a scouting run Saturday…

The resurfacing of Palms to Pines from Palm Desert to the top of Santa Rosa Mt. should be finished by then.  The sweepers near Palm Desert were already done when I went up last week.

In other news:  I ran Cerro Noreste - very clean and fast.  I'm suspecting the rains are going to dirty it up a bit but it was quite decent.

I'd love love to mix in a bit of Carizzo Plains maybe...  :)
