That things looks totally sweet. Does it turn metal too? I'm guessing only wood, right? I would LOVE a small mill for my barn...
ya know, I haven't checked into that... yet. But if it does, OH HELL YES I'm loving it. I got it for the wood capability stuffed in one small area. It's in the garage currently, getting torn apart, gonna get serviced, MAYBE repainted, and finally put back into service to do some projects (like gliding sofas, swings, things my wife has already planned out).
But first or should I say "while I'm working on the Shopsmith" finish the hutch and get more room in the garage. So I can either do more wood projects or fit a bike for My Honey. she's still debating on what to get. WIth her being so short, she was dead set on a Spyder. But since we demoed one, she is really backing out of it. Heck, It scared the piss out of me too and I was the one driving. Riding 2 wheels is SOOOOOOO much more natural to both of us. we'll see during Sturgis when they have the 25mile demo ride. I'm having her take one out. She's never controlled a bike except in the MSF.
