Sorry - we've been back for a week now, but keeping busy. I just got the bike's first service done yesterday, so there's no stopping me now!!!  Maybe I should post a new thread about my trip? Or just add to this thread, seeing as anyone who might care would already be here  :bigsmile:

The trip did not go as planned, but it was still a good trip. I broke it down into two parts:

The Motorcycle Part

and

The Non-Motorcycle Part


The Non-Motorcycle Part is still under construction, but there's about half of it there. Anyway... no KGB, KKK, Viking Cannibals, or bike mishaps occurred.




Oh, and the dealership gave me a loaner bike for the day. I was excited to try something new, but they handed me a key to an F800GS. The same bike Dan has and just one letter shorter than my bike  :rolleyes:  Oh well - FREE BIKE!

It was a great day for a ride - until I got lost and it started to rain :lol:
