I am placing my 2 year old C3 DOT modular for sale.  When I was fitted for this, I was told I was a medium from the dealer where I tried it on.  It was a bit snug and he said that was normal and that it would break-in.  I have read this about Schuberth helmets and rocked on with the Medium.  After two years of ownership, this thing has a hot spot at the top of my left ear and both cheeks that will trigger very bad headaches at times.  Schuberth's are made for more oval shaped heads and mine is round. 

The helmet is registered as per the screenshot below.  I'll inform Schuberth of the new owner once sold.  The warranty is good the sooner of 7 years from the date of manufacture (Sept 2011) or 5 years from the date of purchase (December 2011).  Therefore, the warrant is good through December 2016.

The helmet is in very good shape and I have the original box, bag, and owner's manual.  I am missing the pin-lock visor which I scratched all the crap over the years of trying to clean it.

There are no scratches on the outer clear or inner sun visor.  There are a couple of nicks on the shell, including a mark on the chin bar from when I had the bar in the up position and lened over to check tire pressure and hit the bike with it. 

This lid has never been dropped or involved an any get offs.  And, I just finished removing and washing the interior.  So, it'll be your germs in it after ownership and not mine.

What's the red thing on the side? Is it removable? Thanks.

It's a medical information pouch and it is removable.
