This is strange

This funny thing showed up this morning.
Can you help me identify it?
Is it dangerous, will I have to cut it down?

Don't worry.  It shows up occasionally this time of year.  Another round of white stuff will cover it shortly.

Got the mower out of the shed today from it's winter sleep and started it. Then put it back in.

Doesn't look like I'll be cutting the lawn for another couple of weeks.

I was just thinking about that mowing thing.
I got to not mow my lawn for 5 months. I don't expect to have to mow it until mid May.
That'll be 6 months no mowing :razz:
