Apparently it's not a nationwide release this time.  It's up to the local franchisees to decide whether they want to carry them this time.

Could it be it's a picture in a warehouse or delivery truck and it's burgers in the box behind it?  There seems to be a couple different boxes there.

It was taken in the cooler at a McDonald's in Canada, so he other box is probably hamburgers.
