it's a four monitor setup. You can see the Win7 bar at the bottom and trashcan on the far right.

At work I would just take a screenshot of my desktop icons and use that.

It also makes for a fun prank if a coworker leaves their PC unlocked when they hit the can.  Change their background to the screen shot of their desktop and drag the password dialog box off the screen.

Hey, ask as ye shall receive. I can pop up the 2011, 2012, and 2013 desktops too if you like. The sizes are different though. This one is the largest at around 5 megs. But it's about actual size (I did scale it up a tad).

The 2012 incarnation had a flaw (give it a search) that slow it down after a year and make it less reliable. It still works but definitely not like it did.

nor are we allowed to have our smartphones out during work hours.

Really? You can't have your phone out? How strict do folks adhere to that rule? What type of environment do you work in (sitting at a desk, standing/walking in a warehouse)?

well, I see people using em out on the factory floor, but after seeing someone getting fired for checking their texts, those other folks are on borrowed time. I just moved to another position in the company - maintenance mechanic. Loving it. It's a bit more relaxed, but with my luck.... I can't afford to have the "wrong" boss walk in on me checking my texts or whatever, and then losing my job. just not worth it.
If you're on break, different story.  just to show how BS some policies are...  we are not allowed to go out to our vehicles and warm em up before the end of the shift. THAT takes company time to walk out there. Remote start?  the story is still out on that....

doesn't really bother me. I don't like warming up a vehicle anyways. I can do that while clearing windows

We're not allowed to have our phones out either. A couple of people have been fired for texting while at work.
