Zoom happy hour
« on: October 06, 2020, 02:47:28 PM »
Not sure about the rest of the crew but I thought those zoom happy hours were pretty fun!  Any interest in doing it again over the winter?  Maybe once a month or once every couple months?

They were good fun and it was especially cool to actually chat with members I've never met before (anyone west of Mississippi River). I'm up for it.

+1.  We’ve been doing something similar with my wife’s college friends.  Small group getting together twice a year for 30+ years, occasional trips, etc.  since Covid they’ve been zooming every 6 weeks. A little something to fill the social void.

I live about as far west of the Mississippi as is possible on the continent, and yet you and I have met.

I couldn't make it last time, but in general I am in favor of the concept and hope that I can attend the next one.
