Has anyone tried bone conduction headphones under a helmet?

Nope, never have tried them.
I like the idea of blocking out all/most other sounds when riding. I would like to block out the sound of wind noise (quite loud in the helmet). Wind noise in the helmet while on the road is loud enough to cause hearing damage if exposed, time weighted average as it were. The bone headphones cause the lower jaw to vibrate straight to the ears without disrupting the normal sounds of what is around us. Well that is what I want to eliminate (the sounds around me)

A bone conduction headphone would be used with good earplugs
