Playing through the King's X catalog. Looking forward to a new one from them this year and perhaps catching them in PA this summer.

Some of my favorite artists who play "music with instruments" versus that autotune chit playing on Top 40 stations these days.

Wrinkle Neck Mules "When the Wheels Touchdown"

Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band "Pot Roast & Kisses"

Matt Woods "With Love from Brushy Mountain"

Horseshoes & Hand Grenades "Whiskey"

Whiskey Myers "Stone"

Sunny Ledfurd ft. Colt Ford "Nickel Sized Hail (And The Damaging Winds)"

I used to make a bigger impression.

Also Pink Floyds Pompeii concert with David Gilmores guitar solo on Comfortably Numb. Absolutely sublime

Golden Earring is one of my favorite kinds of bands: Two hit wonders.  OK, yes I know they had a ton of hits in their native Holland, but internationally?  Two big hits.

Another example: The Romantics.

How many two-hit wonder bands can you think of?  I've got quite a list.

X just released their first studio album in forever with the original lineup- 35 years or something like that.  It's only available right now on Bandcamp.

The name of the album is Alphabetland, and it sounds like X from the early '80s.
