And I don't feel like fixing it AGAIN.

What's the collective recommend for a replacement?

I got the heated undershirt.  It's great and I can wear it with any jacket I want.

Yeah, that makes the most sense; you want the heat at the closest reasonable layer you can get it.

My annual reminder to folks using this stuff stands:

Turn it up just warm enough to be not cold. If it feels actively hot, it's too high, and you can end up still developing hyperthermia as your sweat cools and saps more and more heat away, making you turn it up higher and higher, and it's a terrible circle. It's Winter. You should expect to feel cold. Heated gear is meant to extend your time in the cold, not to create sweat.

?

Good choice. You should be very happy with it.

Just to add: I own heated gear from W&S, Gerbings, Widder and Eclipse.
I wear all of them regularly, selection depending on several factors.
But when I need to be WARM, nothing beats the W&S liner.

My Gerbings stuff shrank over the years and got sold a few months ago.  Do the various controllers interchange?  I've still got at least one Gerbings dual controller in the bin.

Gerbing and Warm-n-Safe are compatible, if memory serves.

If I was to replace my Tourmaster Synergy liner, I would go for a Venture jacket liner, the 7 amps one.
It has an integrated controller, no need for that big thing you have to clip to your belt.
Ride safe!

Thats a shame, I had mine on the market here with the heat troller.  Someone here bought it but then decided not to get it.  I still have it.  Works great.  It would fit you great.

I bought the Warm n Safe heated shirt last spring before riding to California etc. SO much better than the liners I'd owned for years. It was a new item, and they only had the men's version at the time, so it was really long and I had to cut inches off and re-sew the bottom. Still very worth it.
