Official WeightWatchers weigh-in for July has me 13 lbs to goal.  I'm losing ~1 lb/week, which is what I'm supposed to be doing.

AAAAAAAAAAAAND, we're back.   Let the fat fights resume.

Just went for a walk at lunch.  Nothing big.  Just a loop around the circle where I work.  Supposed to be a mile and change.  Let the changes begin.

Same here.  I might need to change things up a bit.

Mrs.Mini has been doing WW for the better part of a year. She's hit her goal and it's become a 'lifestyle thing" for her. Me, OTOH, still likes eating what I want-and damn the points. But because my junk food is no longer in the house(or very well hidden), I've cut out the after dinner snacking. Also the weather in the great white north is getting a bit better and I'm emerging from my hibernation mode. Consequently, I'm down 15lbs in a month. I'm no longer a fat F*ck, and am now pleasingly plump.
EDIT: congrats Andrew, keep it up!

Being married to a personal trainer and awesome cook has its advantages. 3 years ago I had bloodwork done and it showed high cholesterol, tripling my life insurance premium. Doc wanted to put me on Lipitor, I said let me try a diet first. It worked. I went from nearly 200 to 80 in a year. I decided to start educating myself about getting healthy and learned a ton. I was pushing 200 lbs. before I started this journey, smoking cigars and drinking beer every day, along with a shitty diet. I now eat like my life depends on it, and have changed my mindset about food. I'm more interested in what food does for me rather than reacting to cravings. I dropped 25 lbs. at first but have since put on 10 lbs. of muscle. I do still enjoy the sugary stuff, but i don't crave it nearly as much as i used to. It's rather amazing how much better everything is when you are in decent shape.

If I can do it, anyone can. Keep up the good work guys.

I've had MyFitnessPal on my phone for years.  It just sits there and doesn't do anything  :P

We did annual health screening at work, and my employer offered me a weight loss program with coaching free of cost. Following their guidelines I quickly lost 30 pounds in 1.5 months.

The problem is I just quit that job and took another in different state. I've spent the last month in a hotel until I find permanent housing and have limited meal prep options. I found myself eating more garbage, but it doesn't appear I've gained much weight.

In an Air BnB now and hoping to start eating healthier again now that I have access to a kitchen.

I’m down to within 5 lbs of my *fighting weight* of 45 years ago.
I don’t know if it is due to diet, exercise, or just the inevitable wastage due to time...

I think I found what you lost, thatguy. It was in Vienna.

In all seriousness, I hope the docs figure out what’s wrong and fix it quick!

Well she told me today I'm amazing. Never seen anyone's numbers correct themselves so fast or far. Still don't know what was/is wrong but I'm eating again. More tests to come.
