Found this on the UK Tiger board, of all places. Some kind souls have been mapping gravel roads in the US and Canada. It's a pretty cool resource. I think this link lands somewhere in Tennessee, but you can navigate around easily enough. Takes a little bit for the map to completely render, so give it a bit.

Very cool! It appears to be very accurate re: western Oregon, I've ridden a bunch of the marked gravel roads on my WR250R, answers the gravel question about many other roads I've wondered about.
