I love Detroit!

The more they change the faces, the more things stay the same.

http://www.wxyz.com/dpp/news/region/detroit/detroit-city-council-president-pro-tem-cushingberry-let-off-after-suspected-drinking-and-driving

Detroit City Council President Pro Tem George Cushingberry, Jr. was pulled over Tuesday by Detroit Police and what followed has sparked two separate investigations.
According to sources, the councilman refused to get out of the vehicle after an officer suspected he had been drinking and smelled alcohol. We're told marijuana and alcohol was found in the car and that the reason he was initially pulled over was because he almost hit a police car.

He's now claiming he was profiled because he's black.  Well, DUH!  It's Detroit, a population comprised of 80% black.

If Detroit were a reality-TV show, no one would watch it because it couldn't possibly happen.

Being puled over for being white in Detroit would be a more plausible example of racial profiling.

Democrat playbook:  when facts look like you could lose an argument; change topic, call opponent names, challenge things not related to topic at hand, and if all that fails throw race card.
