We've been putting a small thing together. Here's the google doc I have on it...

---

We're doing an early June long weekend on the bike. Destination: Marlinton, WV

I have 10 rooms on standby, I’ve locked up 5 of them for our group, for sure. Liz and I will take one of them.

Feel free to invite others; the only rules I have is everyone rides his own ride. Small groups are fine for me, but my pace is my pace. Don’t wait for me, don’t get mad if I don’t wait for you. :)

Each room is a non-smoking, two-double-bed setup. You’re welcome to call and change accommodations should you want something different.

OUR check-in is on or about 6/6, check out 6/10. Please call to switch your room(s) to your name and lock down your exact dates when you can.

Marlinton Motor Inn
21507 Seneca Trail
Marlinton WV 24954
(304) 799-4711

53.63 + tax weekday
62.72 + tax weekend

“Sport tour” group, or last name Hornberger for the room block.

All weekends are long.

They just seem that way because you're at work.

All weekends are long when you're half-baked.

Yes, but not on the bike. Wifey and I are driving to Myrtle Beach via a couple days in Charlotte.

Haven't ridden in a nearly a month and the next two weekends are booked with this trip.

Yes, but not on the bike. Wifey and I are driving to Myrtle Beach via a couple days in Charlotte.

School's out June 22.  That's when my wife and I are doing Myrtle Beach with a Charlotte detour in the Ford.

It's a real LONG weekend for me, teachers have a Holiday Monday and furlough Tuesday.  Gonna catch up on yard work!

I'm with Garry in regards to yes but not on a bike.  I'm capitalizing on the weekend as Sheri and I are headed to Banff and Jasper Canada this Friday and won't return until the following weekend.

I think I shall take a ride up to Pa Saturday, and visit some dead relatives. I've not been since the funeral for my mom.

Probably can get 144 into the ride easily enough.

No big plans.  Wifey gets to spend to the day in a "driver's safety" course (I'll let you guess why  :P)  so pending weather I may do a little solo exploring in northern NC.

We had a couple people have to back out because of health or family obligations, but Liz and I and a few others are still going. If the weather is shit, we'll just trailer down, but either way, I'm taking the time away. I need the non-work break.

Supporting M.Brane on a big maintenance/upgrade project on the diesel. Three thousand dollars worth of tools and parts from Amazon and Bulletproof Diesel. Beer procured and sushi/sashimi grade fish on order. Ribeyes on the list for procurement.

Bought a new grill last weekend. The old one was barely hanging on after I had almost killed it with a 9 bacon burger flameout.

Nope, local ride Friday, will try to sneak another in before next week. But not worried about it, I am 50/50 on putting in for my retirement in July , so I'll have plenty of time to ride if I go then and not next spring. :twofinger:
