Popping up Sunday for a visit! (Ontario)

I'll be heading to Niagara Falls to do site visits at the Gateway on the Falls, the Convention Centre, and a few properties under consideration for my president's reception next year. I was planning to visit Inniskillin on Sunday afternoon to sample their ice wines, especially the sparkling one. Trius and Peller are on the site visit agenda for Monday.

Any recommendations for dinner for Sunday evening either there in Niagara Falls or up at Niagara-on-the-Lake?

Anything else I should see/do Sunday afternoon when I arrive?

I've already done a lot of the falls-y kind of stuff and anything else that remains to be done there (Maid of the Mist!), I'd want to do with cablebandit, who isn't accompanying me on this trip.
