A very good night. Started at 51 north brewing co. A pint of brown ale, and 3 pints of ipa. Then, back to the house for more from the beer fridge.  Arcadia ales thunder trails, new holand, cabin fever. Unibroue, tres pistoles. Plus a few bottles of pinot by the ladies. Fun was had by all!!!!1

I don't think so.  But, if anyone has a warp core and would like to try it, I'm game.

We had friends over for dinner and we shared our favorite whiskeys.  Dinner was severed with a 2005 vintage of Paradigm cabernet sauvignon from Napa.

It was a good night.

I had a good white IPA called Chainbreaker from the Deschutes Brewery in Bend, OR.  It was the "guest beer" of the night on tap at the bar where my gaming group meets. :inlove:

That's dangerous beer, it's really tasty and doesn't pack a big kick so it's easy to drink way too many before you notice.

Exactly why when I'm drinking whiskey or bourbon, I drink it neat or on the rocks and drink something else (usually water or iced tea) as a chaser.

I have come to really enjoy Defiant Whisky (yes, spelled whisky in the same way as scotch whisky since if follows some of the characteristics on how scotch is made).

After tonight's pour, my bottle is 1/2 empty.

If anyone wants to stop by sometime, I'll save you a glass.
