.ORG stickers to cover old .NET stickers?
« on: November 12, 2013, 09:16:23 PM »
I still sport the .net stickers, and I don't want to razor blade them, so can we get just a .org to cover over the .net portion of the old sticker?

You might want to talk to Copilot. He's pretty good at getting old STN stickers off the bike.

That was what I was referring too, but I thought a .org! sticker, like a NEW! banner might be funny.

Well I ripped off my .net flame sticker years ago.  We need a new STOner sticker to promote the brand.

1) Wear shirt while enjoying a nice cycle ride
2) Get in significant collision
3) Wait for professional help to cut off STN shirt

SOLUTION!

Is there a STOner sticker or logo?

If no, is there anyone here capable (and willing!) to make a sticker or logo?

I have an idea I've been poking at for several years, but free time is fleeting. I'll try to make time to scan the sketches and maybe somebody with skills and time can elaborate on the idea. It's similar to the Marine globe and anchor but it's globe and handlebars with a two lane highway equator motif.

OK, this is in my wheelhouse. Kinda...

My brother in law has a side business out of his sign shop for EXACTLY this. He services a lot of the 4x4 community with his products, and has a pretty good pipeline for a number of manufacturers that include decals with their products.

Many decals over the years, banners, wraps and promo materials.

Okay, don't go nuts here*, but I was thinking of an emblem similar to Rommel's Afrika Korps, with the whole thing being in a tan color (in this color, but as a sinble die-cut design with no background) And the ST.o in place of the swastika.

*not a neo-nazi thing, I was just looking for simple palm tree design, as I like the beach and places warm.
