Rossi Quits!?!

I'm thinking that since it is dated as Tuesday, April 1st, that this is a bad joke....

Let's hope so...

That's classic Rossi...
the above are merely the ramblings of a hamfisted fuckwit who has broken too many helmets.

"They emerged early this morning with Valentino calling a press conference to make his announcement. When asked what the future held for Valentino Rossi now he smiled, adjusted his cap and said he intended to marry his childhood sweetheart in a civil ceremony in Las Vegas and together they would open a world-wide chain of pizza and pasta restaurants called simply "VR46". He also hinted he had been developing a special sweet using a combination of sour grapes and humble pie. "

A'int happening. However, if he finishes second, I'm betting he'd be willing to call it a day.

The only way Marky Marq doesn't win his second championship this year will be from a nasty take down from either himself or someone else.
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Lorenzo and Marquez would pretty much both have to be incapacitated so that Rossi could battle it out with Pedrosa for the championship. (With perhaps a few challenges here and there from Crazy Joe)

As much as I like Rossi, that is the current reality.

I'll give you MM winning again this year, but Rossi keeps getting closer. He's no longer the impudent wild child with preternatural talent that overcomes all obstacles. He's now the wily greybeard who has his blood up because he sees a target that's attainable. What made Valentino great in his youth, that ultra-competitive spirit, still lives in his heart. He'll sign for 2 more years and Yamaha will bend over backwards to build a bike for him. Who can guess how much cache, and cash, the good Doctor brings with him to the piano factory.

As for George L.? His physical condition keeps improving
Torque is cheap.
